The intention of these procedures is that every member of the organisation shall participate in ensuring the satisfactory fulfilment of customer requirements, with Company products and services being of the highest standards.

Consistent with ensuring that the end product achieves a standard that complies with contractual customer requirements,  The Company shall comply with all legislation and standards relevant to the industry, the Health & Safety Act 1974,  COSHH assessment procedures and the Environment Protection Act

Regular reviews are conducted by the Company executives to ensure the continued operational effectiveness and conformance  of Quality system.
